CrossView's Scholarship Camps are targeted toward at-risk kids from low-income households. A "Partner Ministry" (church, ministry, or organization already working with at-risk kids) will commit to bringing 36 Campers (18 boys and 18 girls) and 4 Volunteer Counselors (2 men and 2 women) to their week of Camp. At least 18 Campers must qualify for a scholarship (based on standards CrossView will provide) for the Camp to be eligible for "Scholarship Camp" status. CrossView provides lodging, food, scheduled activities (the schedule is jam-packed with fun), prizes for winners of the Camp Contest, t-shirts, background checks on Volunteer Counselors, SAPT training materials for Volunteer Counselors, teachings, devotionals, and worship.
